I can't open the Serum 2 presets?
You'll need Serum 2 installed. Head to xferrecords.com, log in, and grab the latest update. The minimum version required to open the presets is 2.1.3.
Why is the attack missing from my kick?
Some DAWs automatically add a fade-in when you drop in a sample, which can soften the kick's attack. If that happens, check the start of the sample and remove the fade.
