Refund & Return Policy – Digital Products

We sell digital downloads (sample packs) delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final. Refunds or returns are not available after download.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to the digital content starts immediately and that you waive your right to cancel the order under EU law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • All digital products are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are only considered in cases of technical delivery failures.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

  • For digital downloads, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the content is made available immediately after purchase. Customers confirm acceptance of immediate delivery during checkout.
